In order to make your child’s and your Kumon experience a positive and successful educational experience, we have created the following Center Policies and Procedures. Please review them carefully, as they are designed to provide you with essential information about the Kumon Program and our Center and to ensure smooth progress for all Kumon students. Instructor Lekha Nair is a trained and certified Kumon Instructor. She also holds a Bachelors (B.S) degree in Life Science (Zoology) and a Masters (M.S) degree in Life Science (Medical Entomology). Lekha also has over 4 years of experience as a recruiter and public relations staff in a government organization. Besides the science degrees, what brings Lekha to Kumon as a Franchisee and educator are her strong aptitude and interest in teaching, mentoring children and spending quality time with children which she considers a very rewarding and exhilarating experience. Her good communication skills and full time commitment shall certainly help the students and parents alike to make their Kumon experience a success.

Students at this Center will master the basics of Math and Reading that will cultivate the student into a better and quick learner with the ability to greet new challenges more independently and confidently.
